Free Local Pick Up if you wish to collect from our North Brisbane Studio located in the 4500 postcode. Use the code PICKUP at checkout and you will be sent the address and collection information with your order confirmation.
Please note any special requirements for delivery (ie. delayed delivery date, whether the item is a gift and to be sent without the tax invoice) when checking out. Although we endeavour to meet all requirements, please note it is not always possible. If we are unable to meet your specified requirements, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

Incorrect Information:
Any orders that have been checked out using the incorrect delivery option may incur an additional fee which may cause a delay in delivery. If we are charged a re-delivery fee by our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details that charge will be passed onto you and must be paid prior to arranging redelivery. Orders using delivery information provided to us incorrectly which require re-direction can incur an additional fee.
Orders to Multiple Locations:
Our website is designed around the processing & shipping of products to one address only and is not suitable for the processing of orders to multiple addresses. For orders going to multiple addresses, please contact us directly. Prices can vary based on product and delivery location.
Bulk Orders:
Please contact us directly regarding bulk orders. Prices can vary based on product and delivery location. Discounts can also be applied to larger orders.
Overseas Orders:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver internationally.
Safe Drop:
Although we do provide a “Safe Drop” option, we recommend against selecting it. If “Safe Drop” is selected, we are not responsible if your order goes missing.

The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Production & Shipping Policies.
1. An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all ready-made orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
3. If a product is marked as 'Made to Order' please allow 5-10 business days for processing. These items are lovingly curated and put together especially for you. Upon placing a custom order, you will be provided with an estimated time frame for processing.
4. Processing times may be extended during busy periods, such as Mother’s Day and Christmas, where we expect increased sales. We endeavour to have all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
5. Due to severe weather events, acts of God or global pandemics, packages to and from our facility in Brisbane, QLD may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
6. If there is likely to be a delay in your order, we will endeavour to contact you as early as possible.
7. We currently ship domestic within Australia only. If you wish to ship overseas, please contact us directly on contact@peachesandpeonies.com.au
8. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
9. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
10. Business days mean Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.
11. Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or public holidays. It depends on the courier whether your order will be delivered on a non-business day. Please refer to tracking.
12. Date of delivery may vary due to couriers own shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
13. Timeframes provided are from 6:00pm AEST the day the order is placed. Orders received after 6:00pm AEST will fall into the following day.
14. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. You will be advised of this upon processing your order, and each package will have its own tracking information.
15. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
16. Any order which is required to be stopped in transit and returned to our studio for any reason will incur additional delivery & admin fees. Please ensure intended delivery address is easily accessible and any dangerous animals are tied up. If our courier deems the property as inaccessible or unsafe, they will be unable to deliver and you may be charged an administration and re-delivery fee.
17. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements by the purchaser, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery.
18. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at contact@peachesandpeonies.com.au.
19. There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that often the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. We politely request that our customers look in common courier hiding spots. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at contact@peachesandpeonies.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
20. Prices and delivery times are subject to change without notice at the discretion of our courier companies.
