At Peaches & Peonies, we take great pride in the creation of each individual product, and spend time ensuring each piece is finished to a high standard.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on jewellery, especially earrings, unless there is a issue with the quality of the product themselves (ie. they arrive damaged or faulty). Personalised orders are also unable to be returned.
To initiate a refund request please e-mail us at contact@peachesandpeonies.com.au and include the below information:
- Order Number (Found in your confirmation e-mail)
- Item/s for Return
- Reason for Return
- Your contact information
Refunds, returns, exchanges and order cancellations will only be accepted if they meet our Refunds Policy, which you will find below.
We do not accept returns on goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition.
Peaches & Peonies endeavour to deliver an order by the date advised, however we cannot 100% guarantee any delivery according to the quoted delivery time frame, and cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage, or delays by our courier contractors. Sometimes orders may be delayed and delivered later than previously advised time frame. Failure to deliver within the advised time frame is not a valid reason for refund or for cancellation of an order, as it is to be used as a guide only. In proceeding through checkout, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
Refund requests must have a valid reason. We will not refund if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided a service, or that you feel that there are discrepancies in your order in any way, we will investigate the circumstance and a refund may be issued duly.
Please note, we will not honour our refund policy or issue any refunds under any circumstance if more than 30 days have lapsed since the date the order was dispatched.
Delivery fees will not be refunded, however we will cover the cost of reshipping if if it is deemed to be our responsibility.
Orders Arrived Damaged:
At Peaches & Peonies we do our utmost to prevent breakage in transit by ensuring goods are safely packaged within each carton. Should your order be damaged in transit please notify us immediately to arrange for the gift to be returned and a replacement sent. We do require proof of damage in delivery by way of photos.
You must notify us of damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellations:
We are happy to cancel or amend a non-custom/bulk order if delivery has not yet been arranged.
Cancellation of custom or bulk orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis, depending on how far into production they are.
We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
